1. Acceptance

By using Stackholm (https://stackholm.dev) you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Alexandre Du Lorier as an individual. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

Stackholm is a free reference that publishes information about Stockholm technology companies and the roles they advertise, gathered from public sources. There is no account and no charge. Nobody pays to appear, to rank, or to be removed. I am not a recruiter and never stand between you and an employer: every job link goes to the employer’s own posting.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote this site freely. You may not use it to harass any person or company, misrepresent what it says, or place a load on it that interferes with other readers. Automated collection is tolerated where it is polite and identifies itself.

4. Intellectual property

The underlying facts are public records and belong to nobody. The wording, design and derived readings on this site are mine. Quote them with attribution and a link.

5. Third-party links and content

Job listings, company websites and registry sources are operated by others. I do not control them, am not responsible for them, and their availability or accuracy is theirs rather than mine.

6. Accuracy, and the limits of what I publish

Filed accounts lag.A Swedish annual report is typically 6 to 18 months old by the time it is public. Everything derived from filings inherits that lag, and a company’s situation may have changed completely since, including money raised that the filing cannot show.

A survival reading is arithmetic, not a prediction. Runway is cash divided by the most recent rate of loss. It is not a forecast, not a credit rating, and not a statement that a company is failing.

Blank means unknown, never zero. An empty field is a gap in my coverage and says nothing about the company.

Developer opinion is opinion. Questionnaire answers are what individuals reported about their own experience, are labelled as such, and never enter any ranking.

Job listings reflect what was advertised when I last read the source, and some will already be filled. The employer’s own posting is the authority.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the information here. Decisions about your career are yours, and anything that matters to you should be verified against the primary source, which I name and date on every figure.

8. Changes

The site changes continuously and these terms may change with it. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes fall to the Swedish courts.
