Carglass®, is part of Belron - the world's leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group, with a turnover of more than 3.1 billion Euros. Belron operates worldwide, employing 25,600 people in more than 30 countries across 5 continents. In many countries we are able to repair and replace a customer's windscreen 24 hours a day and our technicians provide both a branch based and a mobile service. On average 7,800 windscreens are repaired each day, with a job completed every 3 seconds. At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to delivering consistently superior customer service. We measure customer loyalty and satisfaction across all of our businesses, asking customers to rate us based on one simple question: "How likely are you to recommend us to a colleague or friend?" and are immensely proud that we consistently achieve a global score of over 80.5%. Our mission is for technicians to always have the right glass, of the right quality, at the right time and place. More than 95% of our products are directly available from stock, and we have over 3.5 million pieces of glass in stock. The Belron Way of Fitting means that every job worldwide is carried out to the same highest standards, harnessing the innovation of the Belron Technical team.
