Arc Theory is an AI consultancy for established companies that want AI running in production, with the governance to match. Most organisations have run their experiments. The hard part is what comes after: agents that operate real workflows, and security and observability that hold up under audit. That is the work we do. We design and build the platform and set up how agents are operated and governed. Then we stay until it runs. Foundation, results and partnership, in that order. We are a small, senior team. The same architects go from the first conversation to the running system. No B-team, no handoff. We work with the models and clouds that fit the problem, and no vendor owns our recommendation. Arc Theory was founded in Stockholm in 2026 by Björn Eriksen and Marcus Falck. Björn led solutions architect teams at Microsoft and AWS for close to fifteen years, after a decade in consulting at Connecta. Marcus founded a SaaS company and ran it as CTO for ten years, after leading engineering at Cision in Stockholm and Chicago. Since then he has built AI platforms and Azure foundations for Swedish enterprises. Both work hands-on with clients. Arc Theory is backed by Zefyr Development, a venture developer that starts and scales specialist consultancies. We are hiring senior architects who are as comfortable in the CIO conversation as in the code.
